Work Safely at Heights & Working in Confined Spaces
Risks associated with entering and working in a confined space are significant if you are not properly trained. Your employer needs to know you are competent to plan your work, obtain the necessary permits, use the required equipment to enter and exit safely and maintain communications with others during work activities.
The risk of serious injury due to falling from heights is drastically increased if you are not properly trained. Before you can work at heights, your employer will need to know you are competent to identify work requirements, install equipment, perform your work safely and clean up the work area.
